Do you offer free shipping?

Our loyalty program members, enjoy free ground shipping within the United States on all your orders and gain access to exclusive promotions, early access to sales, and other special perks. Sign up for our loyalty program for freeHERE.

For non-loyalty members, we have a flat rate of $10 per order for orders shipped within the United States with standard (ground) shipping, and a $50 flat rate for all international orders (other duties, taxes and fees may apply.) While we offer expedited shipping options, and pricing for these options will be shown at check out.

How soon will my order ship?

Orders placed on a weekday before 12:30 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing that day. Orders placed after 12:30 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing the next business day.

For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will generally begin processing on the next business day. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment timeframe.

As orders begin processing right away, we are not able to update or cancel the order. Additionally, we are not able to hold shipments. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How long will it take to get my package?

Orders placed with our free, standard shipping options will ship 24-48 hours after being placed, and these orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days of shipping.

Orders placed before 12:30 pm with Expedited Shipping will be delivered within two business days.

We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Orders placed with expedited and overnight shipping options will be delivered on weekdays only. We do not offer expedited shipping for international orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

All international orders have a flat rate of $50 for shipping. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, and brokerage fees in the country of delivery are charged at checkout. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

*For UK Customers: Please note that, due to updated HMRC VAT Regulations, we are currently unable to ship orders under £135 to the UK.

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options for international customers. Orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days of being shipped, though we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. All international packages are shipped via FedEx.

We do not provide delivery to freight forwarding companies. Our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes at this time.

International Returns Information

At this time we only accept returns on international orders. We do not currently offer exchanges but our amazing customer service team is here to help find you the best fit by sending exact measurements of shoes. You can contact them at support@sarahflint.com. Please note returns from Puerto Rico are considered international returns.

All returns are subject to a $15.00 USD restocking fee. Additional customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, and brokerage fees in the country of delivery are charged at checkout are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Returns can only be processed from the same country as the order's shipping address.

Can I have my package sent to a freight forwarding company or a P.O. box?

We do not provide delivery to freight forwarding companies, and our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.
