Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Orders placed on a weekday before 1:00 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing that day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing the next business day.
  •  For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will generally begin processing on the next business day. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment timeframe.
  •  Please note: We do not offer Saturday delivery. We do not provide delivery to freight forwarding companies. Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time. 

RATES AND SERVICES

  • We are excited to offer $10 GROUND SHIPPING on all orders shipped to any destination within the USA.
  • Sarah Flint uses FEDEX for all international and domestic orders. International rates are calculated at a standard $50 for under two pairs of shoes.

DOMESTIC SERVICES

  •  Upon shipment, FEDEX can take anywhere from 2-5 business days. For time sensitive, guaranteed date delivery, please choose expedited option.

RETURNS

  • Returns will be accepted within 21 days from the date received.
  • Purchase of Sale items are final sale and can only be returned for store credit.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged.
  • Login to the returns portal below or in your customer account page with your email and order number to obtain a Return Authorization number. Carefully fill out the form and follow instructions to initiate your return.
  • Once a return authorization number is provided, use your return shipping label provided in the original package.
  • Purchases with a Return Authorization number will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
  • If not shipped within 7 days of when the RA is issued, said RA will be voided.
  • Sarah Flint will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.

REFUNDS 

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.
  •  The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
  • Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
  • Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
