Does Sarah Flint have any retail boutiques?

Sarah Flint does not currently have any retail stores. We have a showroom in New York City that we love to host our customers at. Our showroom is by-appointment only, and our hours are 9am-6pm Monday - Friday. Please email support@sarahflint.com to set up an appointment for shopping and treats. Also, stay tuned for pop-up shops!

Is Sarah Flint sold in any stores?

As a Direct-to-Consumer brand, Sarah Flint is not sold in any department stores or boutiques. This allows us to sell you the highest quality product for the best price, avoiding the traditional retail mark-up.

What credit cards do you accept?

Sarah Flint accepts payments from all major credit cards and through Paypal.

Do you charge sales tax to my state?

Sales tax is collected in select states as required by law. You can see the exact sales tax on your order after entering your address information on the checkout page.

My shoes are a bit snug, will they break in?

Your Sarah Flint shoes are designed to fit comfortably snug. With wear, the leather will stretch, molding to the shape of your foot each step of the way. The shoes will stretch across the widest part of your foot as you break them in, but they will not stretch in the length.

The shoes I want are sold out. Is there anything I can do?

If the shoes you are interested in are sold out, you can add yourself to the waitlist for that particular product and size! If that style is restocked, you will be notified as soon as it comes back into stock. If you have any specific questions about a restock, please email support@sarahflint.com

How do I refer a friend?

Sign into your account and click “refer a friend.” From there you can share your personalized referral link to as many friends as you want. Your friend will receive a $50 off coupon code which can be redeemed at checkout. You will receive your $50 off coupon once your referred friend makes a purchase.

Can I return Final Sale items?

During our biannual sale all items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, fit or size please reach out to one of our lovely Customer Service representatives at support@sarahflint.com  before placing your order. 

Do you make price adjustments for sale items?

We are so excited about our bi-annual sale this week! If you have purchased a full price Sarah Flint style that is currently on sale, we would be happy to refund you the 30% as long as it’s within 10 days of the sale going live! Please advise that this is a final sale and we will not be accepting any returns! Please contact support@sarahflint.com for further assistance on this!
