Start a Return or Exchange

EXCHANGES

  • At this time we can only offer exchanges if you need a different size or if the item you received is damaged.
  • We offer free shipping on your exchange item(s), which will be shipped to you via Fedex ground.
  • Login to the returns portal below to provide your order information and exchange size needed.
  • You will be issued a Return Authorization Number.
  • Follow below return instructions in order to ship out your original pair.
  • Once your return has been received back in our distribution center, a new pair will be shipped.
  • Please note exchanges are subject to availability.

RETURNS

  • Returns will be accepted within 21 days from the date received.
  • Purchase of Sale items are final sale and can only be returned for store credit.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged.
  • Login to the returns portal below with your email and order number to obtain a Return Authorization number. Carefully fill out the form and follow instructions to initiate your return.
  • Once a return authorization number is provided, use your return shipping label provided in the original package.
  • Purchases with a Return Authorization number will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
  • If not shipped within 7 days of when the RA is issued, said RA will be voided.
  • Sarah Flint will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.

 REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.

  • The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
  • Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
  • Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
