15 Lunar New Year Gifts to Celebrate the Year of the Ox

As Lunar New Year approaches, it's time to reflect on the past year and look forward to 2021. The Year of the Rat passes the baton the Year of the Ox and people throughout China, South Korea, Vietnam, and all over the world will celebrate.

Festivities kick off on February 12 and culminate in a lantern festival on February 26. Throughout the weeks, many visit with family and friends, pray, give little red envelopes (often stuffed with cash), and of course, light off tons of fireworks. There are also a variety of ceremonies and performances, the most famous of which are the lion and dragon dances. These dances are thought to bring good luck and ward off any bad energy. Lunar New Year is a time of resetting, cleansing, and making preparations for a positive year to come.

If you aren’t able to spend time with family this year (or decided that the Lunar New Year is the reset 2021 already needed) we've compiled our favorite gifts (both part of dedicated collections and befitting of the Lunar New Year theme) below to celebrate.
